Should an activity not be operational, we will contact you directly.

Next Step: Finalising Your Balance

If you booked your activity two weeks in advance, you may have only paid a 20% deposit. Your full balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to your activity day.

Check your confirmation emails to see if their is any outstanding balance.

Pay Your Balance

If you have an outstanding balance, please click the link in your confirmation email and complete the payment process.

What To Do On Arrival

Upon arrival at our Hazlewood Castle activity centre, head straight to Base Camp, where you'll be greeted by one of our instructors.

Check In At Basecamp

Please arrive 30 minutes before your first activity. Our instructors will check you in while you complete your waivers.

Attend Your Safety Briefing

Follow your instructor to the activity site, where you'll complete your safety briefing and learn more about your activity.
