Check-in is between 14:00 - 17:00

Check-Out is between 11:00 - 11:30

If you are wanting to dine in the hotel then you may want to bring along some mod cons such as Hair Dryers and Ironing Facilities.

Yes, both the hotel, spa and activity centre are open all year round. We just ask that you dress appropriately for the weather.

If you are planning on using the hotel facilities we recommend checking in advance to ensure they don't have an private event booked in.

Unfortunately not, however most networks get good 4G in the woodland.

There is no shop on site so we recommend you bring in advance.

The hotel is a short walk away for food and beverages.

Yes, depending on your accommodation type you are more than welcome to have Fires and BBQ's.

Please note these must be in the designated area provided.

As all accommodation is based in the woodland, it isn't possible to park directly next to your space, however there is a close drop off point for you to unload your car on arrival.

Once unloaded we ask you to leave your vehicle in hotel car park. This is free of charge to use.

Yes there is electric in the woodland cabins.

Unfortunately there no electric points in the bell tents or wild hammock areas as of yet.
